All these years, I have wandered back and forth, searching; ever looking for something that never really existed, like perfection. I loved and fell out of love many times over. And it will be unfair at times, and those are the times when we have to maintain our faith and never let go. I will always remember that history is filled with incredible accomplishments of those who were conceived as foolish enough to believe. Happiness is a choice, and as long as I am in the driver’s seat, I am gonna be alright. And in this world of comparisons and conformity, I make my own statement and honor my own truth.
